The Holidays are over, the New Year is here and a new video is up.
The Ala Wai- Part 2. Chuck takes our new video camera for a tour of the Ala Wai and Leah arrives in town to participate with Laura in the Tinman Triathalon. This series will cover liveaboard life in the Ala Wai and our preparation of Lealea to begin our cruising life. The quality of the video is shaky to start as we learn how to use the camera but be prepared to laugh, we certainly have.
It began snowing last night, just a light dusting but the snow plows were out early this morning. Temperatures have been ranging from the twenties to thirties and it has been cold and dry.
Laura has been busy working at Waterways vet clinic. Puppies, kittens and surgeries have been filling her days while Chuck has been wrestling with the computer gear and editing. It has taken him more than a month to get all the computers backed up, networked, reconfigured and functioning happily together.
There have been some great new forums showing up on Facebook. Sailing and Cruising, Cruising with Pets and Women who Splice are a few, all are by invite only but if you are interested send a PM.
