In July 2020 we made our way down the Narrows to the town of Wrangell, forty miles to the Southeast to take advantage of the excellent haul-out and boatyard facilities there. While we were waiting for our turn in the lift, Laura visited the Anan Bear and Wildlife Observatory and got some amazing still shots and video. < href="https://youtu.be/yvon2XOXFmo">Watch on YouTube</a>
This Summer the rain has been relentless. We did get lucky in Wrangell and had three dry days to clean the prop, put on a fresh zinc anode and new coat of Trinidad Red on Lealeas bottom.
